What is your return policy? 

We  check every sticker and bookmark for damages before we ship them. If there are any damages during shipping, let us know and we can send you a new one if the damages make it un usable.

What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?

 Send us an email with your order information and we try to help you figure out where your order is. If we can't find your order, we will happily replace your order or issue a refund. 

How long does shipping take?

It takes us 2-3 days to package your order and ship it. The order delivery time depends on where you are located. Order from California can arrive within a few days. Order outside may take 1 week to arrive. It depends on how fast the order is moving through USPS. 

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now we prefer to ship within the US only, but if you are outside the US and would like to purchase some of our products we can workout the best shipping rate we can get for you

Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders? 

Yes! we can do a wholesale orders specially for out vet med products. If you are a clinic or a supplier and would like to have our products then send us an email and we can talk about it.
