What is your return policy?
We check every sticker and bookmark for damages before we ship them. If there are any damages during shipping, let us know and we can send you a new one if the damages make it unusable.
What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Send us an email with your order information and we will try to help you figure out where your order is. If we can't find your order, we will happily replace your order or issue a refund.
How long does shipping take?
It takes us 2-3 days to package your order and ship it. The order delivery time depends on where you are located. Orders from California can arrive within a few days. Orders outside may take 1 week to arrive. It depends on how fast the order is moving through USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now we prefer to ship within the US only, but if you are outside the US and would like to purchase some of our products we can work out the best shipping rate we can get for you.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer wholesale orders, especially for our vet med products. If you are a clinic or supplier and would like to carry our products, visit our Wholesale Inquiry page to submit your details and we'll be in touch within 2-3 business days.
