1. Can I track my delivery?
Depending on the Items your purchased. USPS does not have full racking included for packages less than 4 oz.
If you order our bigger notepads along with smaller items, then your order will have tracking.
2. What do I do if I have not received my order?
We are constantly checking order statuses, since we know USPS does not always update tracking for smaller items. Please keep an eye on your email for a message from us. If you have not received one and your order is running late or outside of your delivery time, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team is available and happy to help you from 8am through to 6PM
3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Depends on where you live. Orders that stay in CA take a couple to a few days from shipping date. If you are outside of CA it can take up to a week depending on USPS delivering schedule.
4. There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?
We triple check that all items are physically present in your bag before finalizing packaging. If an item is missing please Contact us. Our team is available and happy to help you from 8am through to 6pm. We will respond to any messages, sent outside of these times, as soon as the team are next available.
1. What is your returns policy?
For online purchases, all goods must be returned within 30 days from receiving your items to qualify for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that exchanges are only possible if items have not being used, were damages during transit or have some defect. (unfortunately, we don’t offer free postal returns – you’ll have to pay for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items).
1. Can I get wholesale price for bigger orders?
Yes, we offer whole sale prices if you are planing placing a big order. Order must have at least 10 items of one product or 5 items of 2 or more products to be a min total 10+ items.
Example #1: you want to order 10 Vitals badges for your clinic = unlock wholesale price
Example #2: You want to order 5 badges and 5 treatment notepads. This would be a total of 10 items = unlock wholesale price
2. How do I place a whole sale order?

Once form is filled, we will contact you with an access code to our whole sale ordering page where you can place your order with the discounted prices.
